NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN (deutsch)

1. Benutzung der Website
   Die Benutzung des Werkzeugs unter https://bmecatviewer.com ist unentgeltlich
   und ohne Registrierung gestattet, auch gewerblich. Die verarbeiteten
   Katalogdateien verlassen dabei den Rechner des Nutzers nicht; sie werden
   ausschließlich im Browser gelesen.

2. Rechte am Programm
   Das Programm ist ein urheberrechtlich geschütztes Werk im Sinne des § 69a
   UrhG. Sämtliche Rechte liegen bei Daniel Bellmann. Der Umstand, dass der
   Quelltext im Browser einsehbar ist, begründet keine Nutzungsrechte daran.

3. Was nicht gestattet ist
   Ohne vorherige schriftliche Zustimmung des Urhebers ist untersagt:
   - das Vervielfältigen, Verbreiten oder öffentliche Zugänglichmachen des
     Programms oder von Teilen davon, insbesondere das Bereitstellen unter
     einer anderen Adresse,
   - das Bearbeiten, Umarbeiten oder Weiterentwickeln des Programms,
   - das Entfernen oder Verändern von Urhebervermerken, Kennungen oder
     sonstigen Herkunftsangaben.

4. Was ausdrücklich erlaubt bleibt
   Das Urheberrecht schützt die konkrete Ausdrucksform, nicht die dahinter
   stehenden Ideen und Verfahren (§ 69a Abs. 2 UrhG). Ein eigenständig
   entwickeltes Werkzeug mit gleichem Zweck ist davon nicht berührt. Die
   BMEcat-Spezifikation und die ETIM-Guideline sind fremde Werke und werden
   hier nur angewendet, nicht lizenziert.

5. Fremde Bestandteile
   Das Programm enthält keine Bibliotheken Dritter und keine ETIM-Stammdaten.
   Die Prüfregeln sind aus der ETIM BMEcat Guideline und dem zugehörigen
   XML-Schema abgeleitet, herausgegeben von ETIM International. Das
   ETIM-Klassifikationsmodell steht unter der Open Data Commons Attribution
   License 1.0. BMEcat ist ein Standard des BME e.V. Dieses Werkzeug steht in
   keiner Verbindung zu diesen Organisationen.

6. Gewährleistung und Haftung
   Das Werkzeug wird unentgeltlich und ohne Zusicherung einer bestimmten
   Beschaffenheit bereitgestellt. Ein Prüfergebnis ohne Befund ist keine
   förmliche Zertifizierung. Es gilt der Haftungsausschluss unter
   https://bmecatviewer.com/haftungsausschluss.html.

TERMS OF USE (English — the German text above prevails)

1. Use of the website
   Using the tool at https://bmecatviewer.com is free of charge and requires no
   registration, including for commercial purposes. Catalogue files never leave
   the user's computer; they are read entirely inside the browser.

2. Rights in the software
   The software is a protected work under section 69a of the German Copyright
   Act (UrhG). All rights are held by Daniel Bellmann. The fact that the source
   code is visible in the browser grants no rights to it.

3. Not permitted
   Without prior written consent of the author, the following are prohibited:
   reproducing, distributing or making the software or parts of it publicly
   available, in particular hosting it at another address; modifying or
   creating derivative works; and removing or altering copyright notices,
   identifiers or other provenance information.

4. Expressly unaffected
   Copyright protects the concrete expression, not the underlying ideas and
   principles (section 69a(2) UrhG). An independently developed tool serving
   the same purpose is not affected. The BMEcat specification and the ETIM
   guideline are third-party works, applied here rather than licensed.

5. Third-party components
   The software contains no third-party libraries and no ETIM master data. The
   validation rules are derived from the ETIM BMEcat Guideline and its XML
   schema, published by ETIM International. The ETIM classification model is
   available under the Open Data Commons Attribution License 1.0. BMEcat is a
   standard of BME e.V. This tool is not affiliated with these organisations.

6. Warranty and liability
   The tool is provided free of charge and without warranty of any particular
   quality. A validation result without findings is not a formal
   certification. The disclaimer at
